About the coach

I bring a rich, varied background to my coaching, combining traditional studies with unique methods like Reiki (energy healing), Tarot (guidance through cards), and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), which uses language and thought patterns to influence behavior. My experience also includes Rife Machine practices, utilizing sound and vibration frequencies for well-being. This diverse toolkit, enriched by my extensive personal and academic journey, including a coaching course from the University of Cape Town, equips me to guide clients towards inner peace, happiness, and love.
